360 is us is operated by Harvey Bennett, who is a Fellow of the CIPD, BPS qualified, and has an MBA. His background is in senior HR roles mainly in American-owned companies, and more recently in senior management/Board development. Harvey has a particular interest in 360 degree survey/feedback OD tools, having researched their effectiveness and used them in a range of organisation and culture change interventions. He is able to draw upon top quality OD and management development consultancy resource through his Guardian Angels at Work sister-company.
